Shipping & Returns

A) 
– Shop is Switzerland
– NO delivery to ISLANDS
– NO delivery to PO boxes, packing stations or similar.
– Goods leaving our shop, normally in 3 to 6 days:
     – Counted in working days. Except Saturdays.
     – Carrier lead time on top
     – Time loss in customs on top
     – DAP agreed place

B) Shipping costs without taxes
– For packages over 1.2m there will be Surcharge directly added on your cart, after address input
– Customs clearance costs, applicable customs duties and import VAT (different for your region) will be charged to you by the transport company.
– From an order value of EUR 1000, a EUR 30 fee will be charged for the export declaration (included in the displayed shipping costs).
